We’re really pleased that you’re thinking of applying for a water meter, they are a great way to reduce your water bills. The majority of our customers who switch to a meter save at least £100 a year. We fit meters for free and you have up to two years to see how much you save before deciding whether to stay on meter charges. We also guarantee that for the first two years, if your charges with a water meter are higher than they would have been on rateable value, then we will charge you the lower amount. You can't lose!
