All customers’ taps should now be flowing. You may still see us out and about in the area over the next few days as we still have some work to do to complete the repairs to the burst main. We’ll of course be returning to tidy up the area too once we have finished. We’re sorry if this causes any disruption but we’ll try and keep this to a minimum.

Good news, the majority of our customers supplies are now restored. Due to the location of the leak on the A556, we need to put traffic management in place before we can continue with the repair. It’s our top priority to restore all supplies, but we need to ensure we can keep everyone safe in the process.

Some customers in the CW8, Northwich may be experiencing no water or poor pressure this morning. We currently have our team in the area searching for a leak which we believe is causing the issue. Once located, we’ll work quickly to complete repairs and restore water to your taps.
