Letting us know about a bereavement
Please accept our sincere condolences on the death of a loved one. We understand this is a difficult time and we’re here to help with the practical things you need to do regarding their water account.
To make things as easy as possible, we’ve created an online form so you can let us know about the person who has died.
We’ll ask for:
- Your details
- The details of the deceased customer
- Their account number (if known)
- Details of the person or executor looking after the affairs of the deceased
