Flexible ways to pay

It’s easier than you think to make your bills more affordable. From switching to our PayAsUGo scheme to setting up a payment plan, we’ve outlined some of the main ways we can help below.

Remember, if you’re struggling with your water bill payments please complete our form - we’re already helping more than 200,000 customers with their water bills.

Direct Debit

Instead of paying your bill in one amount, why not consider a Direct Debit? You can then spread your payments over the year into more manageable amounts. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly – the choice is yours. Call us on 0345 672 2888 or click the link below.

PayAsUGo

Our PayAsUGo scheme offers a more flexible approach to payments. Now, instead of paying the same amount on the same day every month, you have the option to pay different amounts whenever you wish. Call us on 0800 072 6765 to apply or click the link below to find out more.

Payment break

If you’re struggling with your bill due to losing your job or having to pay out for an unexpected household emergency, our Payment Break scheme can help by delaying your payments for an agreed period of time.

Pay from your benefits

Water Direct allows you to pay direct from your benefits. Payments cover ongoing charges plus any outstanding amount. You can apply if you receive any of the following: Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit, Employment Support Allowance or Universal Credit. Call 0800 072 6765 to set this up.

Flexible payment plans

We offer payment plans that flex around you. Make weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, or choose from a range of other ways to pay. To discuss this further please call us on 0800 072 6765 or click the button below.

Pay on our app

Our app makes it easy to keep on top of your bill. You can make payments whenever you wish to fit around your life and your balance updates whenever you make a payment so you always know how much you owe.
