Providing water saving advice to help customers lower both their water and energy bills.

Using new technology to make it easier for our customers to understand how much water they are using and identify leaks so they can look for ways to save water and lower their bills.
Priority Services
Making sure our most vulnerable customers are registered for our free Priority Services scheme so we can better respond to their specific needs, especially during those times when our services are disrupted.

Our Water Without Worry mission is a big one but there’s much more to it than just helping those who need some additional support with their bills and payments. We are doing a lot more around the North West that can help everyone take control of their water bills.
Alongside our industry-leading affordability schemes, we’re also helping customers to reduce their bills by providing water saving tips and encouraging water meter applications to enable our customers to use Water Without Worry. Our Community Champions will also be out and about at various events, spreading our Water Without Worry messages amongst local communities throughout the North West.
