Greenbooth and Naden Valley

Situated near Rochdale, four reservoirs make up this site - Naden Higher, Naden Middle, Naden Lower and Greenbooth reservoir! The site offers spectacular views of Manchester, Yorkshire and the surrounding moorland and is a great escape all year round.

There are lots of walking routes to choose from, with access to extended hiking routes across Rooley Moor. There really is something for everyone.

If you love bird watching, Greenbooth is a great spot for Egrets and Pallid Swift.

Heavy rainfall and sewer flooding

The heavy rainfall may be causing flooding in some parts of the region.

Our teams are out working hard across the region helping our customers who have experienced sewer flooding in their homes.

If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or footpath and there is no evidence of sewage (toilet paper etc.) please report this to your local council, who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.
