Haslingden Grane

Haslingden Grane has something for everyone with walking routes for all levels, a café, picnic areas, bird hides, historical ruins and much more.

It is also home to an array of wildlife and unique habitats with fascinating bird life present all year round.

If its history you like then the ruins of Harley House and the ‘The Whiskey Spinners’ farmsteads provide further interest in this fascinating valley. Visit the Clough Head Visitor Centre to find out more about the local landscape, its heritage and wildlife.

Toilets available at Clough Head and Calf Hey car park.

The picturesque reservoirs and the surrounding moorland offers excellent walking routes. From accessible routes around Calf Hey reservoirs to more challenging walks around the entire valley.

Clough Head café: 10:00am-4:30pm, every day.

Bird hide available, with disabled access.

Visit the Clough Head Visitor Centre to find out more about the local landscape, its heritage, and wildlife.

Picnic area located close to both car parks.
