It looks like something has gone wrong when you’ve tried to log into MyAccount. 

We use the Google Recaptcha service to help provide a secure online account management service for our customers. It’s likely that your login attempt has not met the necessarily criteria but there may be somethings you can do differently:

  • If you’re using a VPN then disconnect and try again
  • It may be that you’ve tried to login multiple times in quick succession without success. We recommend trying again later.
  • If you’re using an old browser we recommend updating to a newer version and trying again.
  • If you’re using a specialist web browser we recommend switching to a more commonly used browser.

If you’re still having troubles logging in then you can find other ways to contact us below. You can also make payments, report leaks, submit meter meters and view your bill if you’re a paperless customer via our mobile app. You can find the app on the app store and google play.
